INTAKE SPECIALIST – PER DIEM, ALL SHIFTS: B.S. or B.A. in psychology, social work or related field, or LVN or have a minimum of six months experience working in an inpatient/outpatient psychiatric facility or in an emergency room or chemical dependency facility.

ACTIVITY THERAPY ACTIVITY THERAPIST – FULL-TIME, DAY SHIFT: Possesses a degree in Recreational, Occupational, Music, Art or Dance Therapy. Prior experience with inpatient psychiatric population preferred. Ability to assess the age specific needs for all patients and the capability to work with adolescents and adults. Current DOT physical. CPR and NCI certification must be completed within 90 days from hire. Knowledge of area roads and freeways and an understanding of vehicle performance, maintenance and safety. Flexibility, reliability, professional image and guest relations skills. Motivated to be directly involved with patients. Must be able to assist and identify the needs of patients during transportation. Effective communication in English.

Assistant number registered with the Board of Psychology or must be a licensed MFT, Social Worker, Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychologist. Prefer 2 years of clinical experience working with seriously mentally ill and/or developmentally disabled and/or substance abuse clients. Effective written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge and understanding of psychiatric diagnosis, terminology, and medical record charting basics. Good group facilitation skills and experience. Must complete CPR and MAB requirements within 90 days of hire.

Transportation adequate to provide service to the catchment area defined, current CA minimum automobile insurance and a valid California driver’s license required.

HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (2) HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ANALYST – FULL TIME, DAY SHIFT: RHT or equivalent training and experience preferred. Capable of evaluating information in medical record against verifiable criteria; i.e., Medical Staff By-Laws, Joint Commission Standards, Title 22 Standards. Attention to detail.
LABORATORY CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST – FULL-TIME, PM (12pm to 8:30pm) SHIFT: Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license is required.  At least two years of experience, as a Generalist, is required.

CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST – PER DIEM, DAY SHIFT: Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license is required. At least two years experience, as a Generalist, is required.

LAB ASSISTANT – PER DIEM, DAY (EARLY AM) SHIFT: Must have basic knowledge of biomedical science for the performance of pre-testing preparations in all laboratory areas. Must be able to type and operate basic office equipment and be familiar with computer operation. A familiarity with the principles of basic laboratory equipment used in pre-testing is preferred. Must maintain a high degree of accuracy. CA Phlebotomy certificate or proof of submission of all requirements to CDHS is mandatory. BCLS required within 90 days. Six months experience in acute care facility preferred.

LAGUNA WOODS PHP THERAPIST – FULL-TIME & PER DIEM, DAY SHIFT: Must have an intern number registered with the Board of Behavioral Services or a Psych. MEDICAL STAFF PSYCHIATRISTS to join well-established, multidisciplinary, outpatient/inpatient facility in Orange County. Great work environment. Our excellent administrative and nursing staff fully supports the psychiatrists so that the focus can be on the patients.

The following psychiatry opportunities are available: Inpatient services, Partial Hospitalization Program / Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP) services, ECT services, Psychiatric Urgent Care services and Crisis Residential Services.

·Use a variety of methods to evaluate a patient, such as interviewing the patient, their family or other persons.
·Develop a treatment plan according to the needs of the patient’s needs and extent of emotional, social, cognitive, developmental or behavioral disorder.
·Treat a patient using psychotherapeutic methods and medication, monitoring the effects of any medication and adjusting treatment where necessary.

NURSING ADMINISTRATION RN HOUSE SUPERVISOR – PART-TIME, WEEKEND SHIFT: Must have current, valid State of California R.N. License, current CPR and ACLS. Bachelor’s degree preferred, must have two years of progressive proven clinical experience in a Health Care setting. Must be thoroughly familiar with the development stages of Adolescent/Adults and the aging process of elderly adults. Management experience preferred, not necessarily limited to nursing.
NURSING DEPARTMENTS Effective immediately, the sign on bonus for RNs is as follows with a total of $1500.00:

MED/SURG Staff Nurse – FULL-TIME, NOC SHIFT: Current CA R.N. license required. One (1) year previous clinical experience in medical and surgical nursing preferred. RN – FULL TIME/PER DIEM, NOC SHIFT: Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of California. CNA – PART TIME, DAY/NOC SHIFT: Certified as a nursing assistant in California or nursing student beyond the first year. Prefer experience and training as a nursing assistant in an acute care hospital. Must be physically capable of delivering all aspects of patient care. Ability to assess the age specific needs of adolescents, adults and geriatrics. BCLS required. Management Assaultive Behavior (MAB) is required within 90 days of hire. At least one year inpatient psychiatric experience.

PHARMACY STAFF PHARMACIST – PER DIEM, DAY SHIFT: Current California Pharmacist license. Completion of at least one year internship, one year residency or one year of staff pharmacist experience in a hospital. Basic computer skills. Must be able to assess the clinical needs for all patients.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN – PER DIEM, DAY SHIFT: Current California Pharmacy Technician registration. Basic computer skills. Three months experience in hospital pharmacy or other pharmacy related jobs preferred.

PROGRAM DUAL DIAGNOSIS COUNSELOR – PER DIEM, DAY SHIFT: A minimum of current registration with California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals, CADC preferred. Primary duties are group facilitation and documentation in group progress notes.

PROGRAM THERAPIST – PER DIEM, DAY SHIFT: Masters degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Registration with BBS preferred, inpatient psychiatric experience preferred. CPR and MAB certification required within 90 days of employment. Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as group facilitation skills.

RADIOLOGY RADIOLOGY MANAGER – FULL-TIME, DAY SHIFT: Must have 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting. AMA approved certification of radiology technician license from American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT) and certification of CA Registered Technology (CRT) required.
SOCIAL SERVICES SOCIAL WORKER – PER DIEM, WEEKDAY / WEEKEND SHIFTS: Masters in social work or related field with social work training and experience. Maturity, flexibility, leadership qualities, professionalism, and strong clinical skills required. Weekday availability.
