RN (INPATIENT)

F/T: $44.00- $46.50		 1 fulltime opening M-F AM shift for DDMI Adult (Float).
1 fulltime opening M-F PM shift for EICU (Float).

LVN / LPT

BEHAVIOR PROGRAM FACILITATOR

F/T: $23.00 – $25.30		 1 part time opening Sat & Sun 9am-9:30pm.

BA/BS degree in psychology, life development, education, counseling, communication, sociology or social work. 2 years’ experience utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies with adolescents and/or adult with developmental disabilities preferred.
ACTIVITY THERAPIST

F/T: $26.54- $29.19
P/D: $27.00 Flat Rate		 1 fulltime opening.
1 per diem opening.
Degree and Certification in Recreational Therapy and a National or State certification is required. Prior experience with inpatient psych and/or mentally disabled population preferred.
BILINGUAL THERAPIST

Assistant number registered with the Board of Psychology. Must be fluent in Spanish. Differential for Bilingual Therapist.

PHARMACY TECH
P/D: $23.00 Flat Rate		 1 per diem opening.
Current, valid CA Pharmacy Technician license.
LTC SR.PT. ACCT. REP.
*Starting Pay Range
F/T: $25.30-$27.83
1 fulltime opening.

Minimum of one year’s experience of healthcare patient accounting experience at a skilled nursing facility or other related experience with an emphasized focus of Manage Care HMO and Private Pay co-insurance billing and collections. Basic computer knowledge including Excel and Microsoft Word.
SOCIAL WORKER-M

F/T: Un Lic $30.00-$33.00
F/T: Lic $35.00-$38.00
P/D: Un Lic $29.50
P/D: Lic $34.50 flat rate		 1 fulltime opening DDMI.
5 per diem openings.
Master’s degree required. Social work training and experience preferred. May be an ASW, APCC, LPCC, L.C.S.W., MFT or a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Fluent in Spanish preferred. For per diem employees some weekends are required. Clinical Supervision Hours Provided.
PATIENT ADMITTING REP
*Pay Range
P/T: $23.00 – $25.30
1 part time weekend opening.

Basic computer knowledge. Experience in customer service preferred. NCI within 90 days required.
PROGRAM AIDE
*Pay Range
P/D: $25.00 Flat Rate		 1 per diem opening in Alhambra PHP (Saturdays only).

Must have a valid CA Driver License with good DMV record; must have Class B or C with passenger endorsement driver license permit upon hire and obtain license before expiration of permit; current DOT physical.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
*Starting Pay Range
F/T: $40.90 – $45.00		 1 fulltime opening in Cerritos PHP.
1 fulltime opening in Signal Hill PHP.
1 fulltime opening in Anaheim PHP.
LCSW or Clinical psychologist. Experience in Behavioral outpatient setting.
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available, including but not limited to shift differential and other special
pay practices, etc.  The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that
the company in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
